How did you hear about us?

I give permission for Rocking K Coastal Farm to photograph and publish photographs taken on the farm of my child during all Activities and functions. We respect the privacy of all, however it is near impossible to single out any child from photographs with all the activities. We also rely on our photographs for social media, website, and promotions. These photographs/videos may be used in Publications including electronic, audio-visual, promotional Literature, social media, advertising, press release, etc. I have read and understand the terms of this consent. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

All sessions and activities at Rocking K Coastal Farm are planned and organized by Susan Beattie. Each participant must assume the risk of physical injury that could result from any of the activities during learning sessions. Consequently, I (We) release Rocking K Farm, it’s owner, it’s employees, it’s director (s) and it’s volunteers, from all liability for any injury to myself, my child, my children, my family, or dependents as a result of participating in Rocking K Coastal Farm classes, sessions, or activities.

FLORIDA AGRITOURISM CLAUSE - Fla. Statute 570.88-.89

Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury or death of, or damage or loss to, a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury, death, damage, or loss results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury, death, damage, or loss. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
